Paige Stapleton

As Director of New Business Development at Catalyst Wealth Advisory, I focus on building meaningful relationships and helping individuals and families find the right long-term partner for their financial lives. I am based in Pensacola, Florida, where I work closely with clients and the community to introduce Catalyst’s approach to wealth management. 

My career path is anything but traditional. I began my professional life as a ballet dancer, spending many years traveling internationally performing and teaching ballet. That experience instilled discipline, resilience, and a deep appreciation for commitment - qualities that continue to shape how I work with clients today. 

After retiring from ballet, I transitioned into sales and marketing within the luxury assisted living industry, working with communities across Texas and the Florida coast. I helped open five communities and guided senior adults and their families through one of life’s most important transitions: finding a new home with the care and support they needed. This chapter of my career reinforced my passion for advocacy, trust, and service. 

Following several years as a stay-at-home mother, I returned to the workforce and discovered my calling in wealth management. I found a natural fit in business development and client engagement, particularly in working with retirees who want confidence, clarity, and security in their retirement plans. Helping people feel informed and empowered about their financial future is what drives me every day. 

At Catalyst, you will often find me planning client events, engaging with the community, and working side by side with individuals seeking a new wealth management home built on trust and long-term partnership. 

Outside of work, I enjoy time at the beach with my fiancé and son, getting lost in a good book, or cheering on Alabama football.
